I too have had a great deal of success with one evening meal only. I
*will* have a teaspoon of Carlson's cod liver oil and a teaspoon or two
of olive oil throughout the day (only if I feel any hunger). Highly,
highly recommended. You never feel hungry, save some money, and it's
really fun to eat that one meal.
