First of all, thanks everyone for your responses to my posts. With all of
your cavemate support I've recently lost another few pounds and gained
slightly on the energy front.
Quick question: About how long do you suppose cooked meat can last
covered, but without refrigeration? The reason I ask is because I've tried
cooking meat for the purpose of eating it later in the day that I would
subsequently have to refrigerate. Often without the means of reheating it,
I would have to pull it out of, for instance, the office fridge and eat it
cold, which I just can't get into. Hypothetically, if I were to cook some
paleofare at around 6am and left it covered and on the counter until about
9pm is it still okay to eat?
Thanks In Advance,
Kevin
