Hi Susan,

I switched to all grass fed, hormone/antibiotic free meats, but I have very high mercury toxicity. Right now I am getting EDTA chelation once a week via infusion, and I take oral EDTA on a daily basis. I also had a nasty virus and I have parasites. They all formed somewhat of a synergy. Slowly but surely I am starting to feel better, but he believes all the metals circulating in my body while being pulled out are causing the inflammation, as well as the virus.

Otherwise I think my diet is ok except for an occasional splurge of peanut butter or vegenaise. However, I decided to stop those as well. I don't eat much fruit and no honey.

Usually inflammation comes with eating foods that don't like us. Besides
gluten and dairy and sugar, I discovered that grainfed meat, nuts,
cinnamon, seeds, eggs and high sugar fruits and honey cause me
inflammation. Also certain cheaper olive oils can contain nut oils. I found
out that the hard way.... Could there be something you are eating that is
problematic too?
Medicinal teas and natural 'cures' don't address the cause of the problem
which is usually food.

Paleobest,
Susan
