I know it's because of the lack of exercise, just like the farmed
salmon. I don't know what's missing, but it seems as though iron or
hemoglobin might have a lot to do with it.As for lean, I eat all the
skin and fat, and undercook it as well.
Avocados are fatty, smooth, somewhat sweet. I'd think low glycemic,
just because they are so high in fat. They're a great snack!
