I am still battling a

Hi Kristinia

When I had a hysterectomy nearly 10 years ago I got a layer of fat on my belly
at the point below my bellybutton. No amount of exercise or even eating Paleo
on which I lost a lot of weight, has been able to shift that layer. I didn't
have that before and it really sticks out!
Somehow my body seems to need a protective layer on the hurt place. The funny
thing is that whenever I've been cheating foodwise, the layer seems to get
more solid. When I'm on the wagon it's almost like a roll that I can take in
my hands and grab. As in not attached as much to the rest.
It sounds funny but eating Paleo has made me more aware of my body and it's
needs. By now I'm still overweight but don't really care. My eating is to keep
me healthy and functioning, not to be thin or fat.
I hope for you that your eatingproblems get better. A lot of us noticed more
peace of mind and a clearer mind while eating Paleo.
Wishing the same for you.

Christy
