Another question better yet is what type of training does Cornerstone
require their staff to have, I haven't ever been in a management position
but common sense tells me if you hire staff to take care of individuals with
a wide range of disabilities and health concerns, you have to provide some
type of training or at least require previous training. I know a college
student who is working at one of the nursing homes this summer, and before
he started he had to have a CNA license, which was no problem because he's
preparing for medical school, he just wants the experience.
Thanks,
Anthony

Kathy Jo,
Where was your communication device while you were at cornerstone? Couldn't
they figure out that you were thirsty?
