Theola > The Protein Power (not the Lifeplan) book, directs readers to calculate their particular protein needs. IIRC, the book says to eat that amount and to count protein from all sources, not just meat.
I'd be interested in that formula and, assuming it's a reasonable ceiling, I am left wondering why they're calling their program *Protein* Power and not the very unsexy title of Fat Power since that's where the overwhelming majority of your calories are coming from. Never mind. Answered my own question.
