Some of both. My main strategy is to consume "75% lean" grassfed
hamburger. I eat a pound of that a day. I've also eaten chicken
breast and added fat to it.
Still going well, btw, on day four. I'm not very hungry, though. I've
not gotten over 1900 calories a day yet. I can stand to lose about 10
pounds before I get too thin. I suspect that my appetite will pick up
though...
