Probably doesn't matter.  Mine went up considerably on 100% paleo.
There seems to be a lot of variation, and prior metabolic damage may not
be completely reversed by paleo.  Overall caloric intake, paleo or not,
may affect it as well.  Some people seem to do high-calorie paleo;
others low-calorie.
