I tried some almond meal flour yesterday to make my topping for apple crisp.  Since this is just ground up almonds, it doesn't act like flour (at least not on my apple crisp) although the taste was fine.

Does anyone have any good recipes using almond meal flour?  A few of the recipes I saw on the net also included regular flour....

Also, I would think this would make a tasty cheesecake crust.  Any suggestions/recipes/experience?
