I told you all if I thought this was good I Post so hear it is:

1 pound shrimp
2 med lobster tails
2 6 oz cans crabmeat(chicken of sea,bumble bee are g/f just don't use
imatation)
2 6 oz cans minced clams same brands as above are g/f
1/4 cup butter or more if you like
large garlic
2 large onions
1/4 cup g/f flour I used Betty Hagmans mix. You can use whatever you are
comforable with.
1 cup fish stock or chicken broth You can use the fish stock from the cans
of crabmeat and clams there is more than enough.
3 cups half and half
1/2 cup white wine
season to taste

first cook onions and garlic in butter until tender. Mince Shrimp and
lobster to bite size. Cook in butter until pink. Remove from heat. Blend in
flour. Put back on heat and Cook un
til bubbles. Add Crabmeat, Clams and
Fishstock. Stir for two minutes. Then put in Half and Half and wine and
seasonings. Simmer for one hour.
