I recently ordered a crustless pizza (made with sausage) from Lou Malnati's online. Someone here recommended it so I thought I would try it out. However, I seemed to have a gluten reaction to it. I contacted the company regarding cross-contamination issues, but I am not very sensitive. It could be that there is flour everywhere and they cannot avoid contamination (in which case they should put that on the website). It could also be that it just bothered my stomach for some reason, maybe it was the sausage. I know we can still get stomach aches, like normal people, but it felt like a gluten reaction. Has anyone had experience eating this pizza? Was it good or bad? Please only reply if you have tried the pizza.

Thank you,

Eleis
