Last-minute reminder -- I'm doing FREE talks at the Wild Oats stores in Salt
Lake City (Jordan Landing) and Park City, UT tonight (2/3/05) and tomorrow
(2/4/05) night.  They are from 6:30 - 8:30 each night -- I talk about celiac
disease and the gluten-sensitivity spectrum (with lots of Q&A), and do a
cooking demonstration (lasagna!) and tasting -- then we do a tour of the
store to point out gluten-free products that you may not even KNOW are GF!
Feel free to bring the kids!

There's room left -- either just show up or call the stores for more
information -- hope to see you there!
