I have read so many comment about Whole Foods having their very own GF bakery that I just have to add my two cents. I have no Whole Foods Market available to me. What I do have is Giant/Eagle Markets. In my tiny little town of Danville, PA, my Giant has now stocked GF food products from The Gluten Free Pantry, Ener-G foods and Pamela's. For anyone living in an area that has Giant/Eagle Markets, please patronize their store. It is so wonderful to find these products in a "mainstream" market as opposed to a higher-end supermarket. While I no longer buy these products (having adopted the Atkins' lifestyle which is so much easier and less expensive), I fully support seeing such a diversity in a local, "normal" supermarket. Kudos to Giant!
