Hello,
I am trying a new cornbread recipe that calls for buttermilk. I am
sensitive to dairy, so I am wonderig if there is a creative substitute I
could use? I was thinking that Silk soymilk mixed with something sour might
work. Any substitution / equivalents ideas?
Also, what brand og corn meal is GF? I have tried Arrowhead Mills, but it
gives me a reaction every time, and I want something I can trust. what is
your favorite cornmeal?--could I use finely ground polenta?
Thanks,
Chris
