hi
i got one answer regarding a 'supplement'..meaning a vitamin/ mineral or herbal for thyroid -
it is called thyroplex...if you do a google search it will come up...developed by a highly regarded dr and it is not supposed to 'blow out your thyroid' but enhance it's function as you age..which is exactly what i was looking for...
