3. FRESHLY-BAKED MERINGUE from Le Pain Quotidien, 72nd near Columbus Avenue
($2.25);  plus a COCONUT MACAROON ($1.00).
4. CRACKLEBRED from Fairway,  Broadway between 74th & 75th (3.5 oz. box
$1.89); plus Fairway's BLUE CHEESE FROM SPAIN (yes, it's g-f).
5. CARROT CAKE from Bruno The King of Ravioli, Broadway between 78th & 79th.
(11.5 ounce cake $8.99, made by GLUTINO).
