This Thanksgiving Day, please take a moment
to appreciate all of the wonderful people who have
gone before you and worked so diligently to
improve your lifestyle by helping you with you
when you were first diagnosed, starting and
running support groups, educating food
manufactures, doctors, nurses, nutritionists,
restaurants, schools, etc., about CD. Also those
who have worked to educate the government to
create and pass the new food labeling law. Also
thank the great folks that are now manufacturing
and supplying GF food commercially. Especially,
remember to thank those in your family that
prepare and serve your GF food or support your
physical and emotional needs!
