I received a lot of responses to my question about Lea & Perrins
worcesteshire sauce. Overwhelmingly, the answer was that it is gluten
free. Many have been using it for years without issues. It is on several
gluten-free lists and the company also claims that it is gluten free.
One lady, however, said it definitely wasn't, so that was interesting.
Several people did say that if it is made in Canada or England it is
not, so maybe that is the reason for the lone dissension. It may, in
that case, be a good idea to be sure you use it only if made in the USA.
Someone also sent me a website where you can look up other foods, as
well: http://www.celiac.com/cgi-bin/webc.cgi/st_main.html?p_catid=19.

Thanks everyone!
