I finally tried to fix my Stop error with Tech Support from Dell. I was
able to use the Reinstall disk that came with the computer, but my Avast
antivirus is still coming up with alarms that there is a virus in my WinToolsS.exe
file and says it doesn't have access to the file its in to fix or delete it.
Then I tried deleting it to my recycle bin and it says it can't find the
file. The computer is crawling and I have plenty of RAM. I am also unable to
sign onto my DSL now too. Any help pointing me in the right direction on how
to resolve these problems would sure be appreciated.
