Cody,
Outspoken for Mac was available from Alva Access Group for years
but is no longer made.  It was the only screen reader for mac.

Apple is now working on a screen reader which they say will be a
built in part of a new release of there OS.  If this comes to
pass, it could start a revolution in the field.

At this time however, you're stuck.
