Practically. On some enclosures, you might need to be careful about the
master/slave jumper on the drive, but I suspect most will just ignore it
since the enclosure only holds one drive.

Unless you wind up with some pretty exotic hardware, all of the drivers
you will need are included in XP.

No; XP can read Win 95 file systems just fine. You might find that *some*
Win 95 applications don't run well under XP, but that's a separate issue.
