When you installed Jaz, you probably installed a program called Guest95,
and with it a file called Guest95.hlp. Double click the latter, open
"solving problems", and then "shifting drive letters". What they suggest is
essentially that you go to the control panel and reassign the letters OF
THE DRIVES THAT JAZ HAS SHIFTED. If the inaccessible drive letter which you
were talking about above was that of the Jaz drive, this gives you
something more to try.
I'd be interested to know whether it works.
