Jim,

What was the texture of your chorizo like? I bought one from Tesco a
while back. It was late one night on my way back from work and I had
no food at home. Judging by the ingredients I assumed it would be
quite fatty. It tasted a bit dry, but I ate the whole thing - only to
discover to my horror that it was far too lean. Fortunately I'd also
bought a packet of dried prunes so I survived the night. But I
certainly won't be buying chorizo again until I've found one with some
fat in.
