Are mushrooms paleo? I would guess they are, but the question is are
they good to eat? If so, are certain varieties better than others? Are
there certain varieties definitely to stay away from (I'm speaking
only of those you might find in a store, i.e. presumably edible)?

What nutrients to mushrooms have, if any, that would make them
attractive to eat?

I've been eating a lot of them lately in salads, and it struck me that
I don't even know if I should be eating them.
