you go, girl!
i notice the stiff, achy hands/fingers for two reasons, and YMMV, but for
me, it happens when i'm retaining water and the fingers get all puffy and my
rings turn into little tourniquets, i guess this is from too much sodium
indulgence the previous day. lots of water will get rid of this for me in a
few hours.
or it also happens when i eat nightshade palnts, namely, tomatoes, which are
all coming ripe in my garden lately, which means i've been getting this alot
lately. my love of fresh ripe tomatoes is a trade-off to the achy fingers.
