Hi, Brad.
Yes, I'm on a new Adolescent Resource Team at work, where I divert cases to
other agencies and discover and provide referrals to lots of community
resources. I also get more contact with the actual kids and families. In
addition, I am working toward my social work license. Part of this is a
peer supervision group. I also have the privilege right now of
cofacilitating a group of adolescent girls who have been sexual abused.
As for church, I decided to resign because the church was going in a
different direction than I felt the Lord leading me. They also didn't seem
as willing as I to begin any kind of ministry to singles. There are many
singles in my area but precious few in my church. I'm currently looking for
another church.
