As some of you know, I work in Tech Support for Bellsouth DSL. I don't want
to tell my customers wrong information, because not only am I committed to
my customers, I would not want to find that a tech had given me bad
information! I said all that to ask this question: Can someone please give
me the URL of the article, so that I can show this to my supervisor?
