I got this error one time when I was using a cd to which I
slipstream a service pack.
I used the info found here:
http://www.jsiinc.com/SUBF/TIP2900/rh2938.htm
basically says :
"To resolve the problem, replace the TXTSETUP.SIF file, on the first
diskette, with the file from the updated I386 folder"
don't know if this applys to your case case but worth a look.
If you can't boot from the cd, you might try another cd drive.
