It's subtle, but probably only about a week. My belly felt tighter, and
my jeans looser. Then I noticed my hips looked less bulky right below
the waist. Just what I wanted for myself:) Now I have to watch out not
to get crazy and try to cut back too much. I do tend to be mean to
myself...
