Thank you for the info. The 18% body fat was determined via bioimpedence.
Today I got the results from a bone scan - I have osteopenia and 21.2% body
fat. Needless to say I am not happy. I downloaded The Rosedale Diet off of
Amazon and will start reading it. I will also cut back on protein
immediately, I just don't know how to add more fat. Due to food intolerances
I am supposed to rotate my foods so I can't add pork fat or goose fat every
day. I also have to rotate my meats and although I try to buy the fattier
cuts, they are not always available organic.
It shouldn't be this difficult...
