Here is a summary of the information list members provided about internists
in the Atlanta area. Thanks to those who replied. There were just a few
responses; perhaps there aren't that many of us in Atlanta.

~~I'm in the Atlanta area (Lawrenceville) to be exact and I suffer from both
Celaic and Thryoid. I use Dr Jeffrie L Kamean down near Dekalb Medical
center as my Dr and the nutritionist team at Dekalb to answer most of my
questions.

~~ I see Jonathan Masor at The Emory Clinic. He is very aware of celiac
disease, but leaves the management of it to my gastroenterologist. He
has been wonderful with my throid as well. I recently had to change
doses, and he was very open to that. He also believes in the new
guidelines of TSH being best maintained at levels from 1 to 2. The
number is 404-778-2700.

~~Please go to paradocshealth.com and check out doctor Diehl. There are
reveiws on the web site as well. Please read them. She has ceilac disease and is
totally amazing. She also treats thyroid and is very skilled in that area. She
is prevention focused and well worth the trip. She has changed my life. People
come from all over the US to see her, she is that good.

One person also mentioned Dr. Cynthia Rudert, but she is a gastroenterlogist,
rather than an internist.
