The overwhelming majority of you suggested Progresso's cream of mushroom
soup! Some suggested adding a "slurry" of cornstarch and water to thicken it up.
Others suggested adding chicken broth to make it more like Cream of Chicken
Soup.

A few people suggested Bette Hagmans recipes with extra rice flour to thicken
it up.

In terms of the thickness of the casserole, many suggested I add less liquid.
Unfortunately, this recipe doesn't call for any other liquid except the
uncondensed soups so that was not an option.

I got one or two recipe's that aren't Bette Hagman's but I'm not sure if I
should post them to the list so if anyone is interested, please email and I'll
send them to you.

I think I'll go with the Progresso Soup and attempt to thicken it. I'm
making the pot pie on Saturday - wish me luck.

Thanks all!!

Amy
