Top Place for a (GF) Resort

Any resort, Maui

Definitely NOT Disneyland in Calif.!!  I could only find a plain spinach salad to eat in the entire park--not even a fruit plate

The Edgefield, Troutdale, Oregon

Viva Resort in Puerto Vallarta was very accommodating to me and has a great buffet with tons of fresh food
