Dear listmates,

Our family is planning on a 7-day holiday cruise on Norwegian Cruise
Lines. I would like information from other celiacs who have been on
cruises (esp. with NCL), and can give me advice on how to do
gluten-free while cruising.

Also, this will be my first cruise ever, so if you have any non-celiac
related advice, I would really appreciate it.

Our cruise will be leaving New Orleans on Dec 26, and will stop in
Mexico, Honduras, and Belize.  If you have any celiac suggestions for
these countries, please let me know as well.

Of course, I'll summarize any information I get.
