Connie Sarros has been preparing wheat-free, gluten-free recipes for eleven
years, since her father was diagnosed with celiac disease. A popular speaker
and author of four gluten-free cookbooks, she is well-known in celiac circles,
lecturing regularly at celiac conferences and health-food stores, and has
earned the nickname of "The Gluten-Free Guru." Her work has been featured in the
"Cleveland Plain Dealer" and "Cooking Light" magazine. She lives in Cuyahoga
Falls, Ohio.
There will be no charge to attend. Please try to be present. Hopefully,
many of your questions about the gluten-free lifestyle and how to cook gluten
free will be answered
