Lecture by Michael Thorn and members of SCC.

Join us for a sampling of gf breads toasted in our own gf toasters! Breads
will be provided by Wild by Nature.
The talk will cover the latest information from on the recently passed food
labeling legislation, the National Institutes of Health meeting on celiac
disease, as well of the basis of cd and the gluten-free diet. All are
welcome but please call ahead.
