He could only go to a place like that if sent there by the court system.
Right now, he is only charged with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.  It
is his first offence and he is a minor so everyone that I have talked to,
who know a great deal more about the system than I, believe that
 he will probably get a stern talking to from the judge and then released
without even probation.  The one thing against him is his age.  In less
than a year he will be 18, but, again, those in the know, believe that
that will just make the lecture more serious.  Big deal!
