A guy in the UK wrote a piece of software that makes itunes accessible but
I've never used it so I can't vouch for how well it works. Go to this site
and look for the broadcast of a show about itunes..

In fact, there are quite a few great broadcasts on this page for others who
might want to get a feel for all the technology advances in regard to
accessibility.

Subject: [VICUG-L] Is itunes accessible to the blind?
Hello all you visually impaired computer users, like my self.
How accessible is the itunes-software (win) to blind users? I am just
interested in the ability to move MP3-files from my computer to an iPod. The
store is of no intrest here.
Thanks in advance.
/Ilias
