Apple's main advantage for a blind person is if they are a student in
school.
Apple is far from mainstream use, and for a blind adult, you'll still be
in a very tight nitch market like 5% or less of PC users.

My sighted son-in-law is an english teacher, and he'd dump his Mac for a
PC in a minute if Apple hadn't had a strangle hold on the schools.
