Hi Cynthia. Sorry, I responded to a response to your post, so didn't get all
the facts. I usually ran about 70 minutes per run, sometimes 80, rarely 90.
But even in the occasional long run, I didn't feel particularly hungry,
until I got home and cooled down. Then I ate.

Out of shape now. Hard to get up the nerve to run in this weather.

 runs?  Obviously energy gels and gummy bears aren't going to be on the list
