You know I agree that raw Paleo foods are best, but I
don't think I'll ever acquire a taste for them. I do
cook my meat quite rare though. But from what I
understand Paleo folks enjoyed cooking their foods in
underground ovens (meat and veggies) all day until
done. So I'm not sure raw is that important. In fact
cooking might be more necessary nowadays with all of
the parasites and such found in meat.
