Some people report large drops in cholesterol on the paleo diet. Mine
rose 70 points...

But then, at that point you really couldn't call what I was eating
paleo, more like Atkins, with lots of cream and cheese. Since cutting
out the cream and most of the cheese, my cholesterol has fallen 40
points, but still not back to what it was before. Peoples systems are
different and react differently to the same diet.

Have you had it tested since starting paleo?
