Well, uh, eggs, mostly, or eggs and leftover meat, or leftover cold
meat, or raw ground beef (with an egg in it). No fruit or veg at
breakfast, just protein.

I'd be interested to see how you do with them after cleaning up your
gut for a while. Also, raw eggs are far more digestible than cooked:)

I used to do this, too, for years. But adding breakfast again really
made a difference in my energy levels and moods. Now I can sometimes go
without eating until midday, or sometimes get through the whole day on
just an ounce or two of meat, but usually I am hungry for breakfast and
it keeps me running for six hours or more. I do not eat until I've been
up and about for about three hours, though. I still eat rather late and
lots in the evenings, although far less than pre-paleo.

I agree that the diet analysis does not look accurate. And I still
believe you are not eating enough to keep your metabolism at speed.
Starving and fasting cause shutdown in many systems, plus encouraging
fat storage when food is consumed.
