My kids go through phases of eating and not eating the same foods. For
a while they will say something is yucky, and then suddenly will start
eating it again. We just keep making the foods and eating them.
A lot depends on how old your kids are. If they are being spoon fed or
feeding themselves.
If they don't eat meat, fruits or veggies, what are they eating? My
meals for the kids are usually a meat and veggies main course and a
fruit dessert. Since there isn't any other food in sight they pretty
much have to eat it or go hungry.
