I don't eat much fish in general.

If I'm at a restaurant, sometimes I will have salmon. It's probably farmed,
but I only have this maybe every 2 months (or less).

If I actually buy fresh fish from the grocery store, I make certain that it
is wild caught (sometimes the fish guy has wild alaskan salmon as his
special of the day!). The same goes for canned salmon.

I don't generally eat fish other than salmon unless I'm having
sushi/sashimi. :)
