Jerry's right.  Fruit juice is not Paleo (any more than cooked fruit).
During the Pleistocene, our ancestors ate the fibre with the juice;
goodness we did it in the 1950s, too, before juicers became commonplace.

Another reason why they are not Paleo is because the shattering of the
plant cells exposes the fruit juice/pulp to oxidation, something that
doesn't happen as much when the fresh fruit is eaten whole.

Third point: the five portions rule was definitely not around in the
Pleistocene.  Think Paleo!
