I can answer this too, being pretty low-veg. Even when I do eat big
salads, I seem to metabolize everything much more thoroughly. Generally
my stool volume is quite low, with no poop some days, and I eat a lot:
six eggs, a pound or more of meat, fruit, greens. I have less
discomfort, no gas except when I eat cooked greens, no problem passing
what stool does come through. It's very compact, what one would expect
of a carnivore.
