Jerry, may I ask why you choose to eat what appears to be virtually zero
fruits, vegetables, nuts? I am aware that certain cultures past and present
ate/eat a very nearly 100% meat/fat diet, but generally speaking, they consumed
the entire animal, or close to it, gaining vital nutrients from organs (esp.
adrenals) stomach contents, marrow bones, etc. Even in the far Northern reaches
of the Tundra, I believe that in the short summers, berries, roots, shoots,
etc., are eaten.
Thank you for clarifying.
