From what you tell us, if I had your conditions, I'd be looking at an
external treatment rather than dietary fiddling.  I don't think much of
Pilates or Feldenkrais (they're not paleo anyway).  Think of lions and
other cats stretching.  I'd be going to a good massueur - someone who
understood the whole body, who was prepared to consider the causes over
the past few months (not just the treatments today), who was prepared and
powerful enough to do deep tissue massage - which may well be painful for
you.  There are a few good sports massuers among themany wishy-washy
practitioners in the "chrome and fern" gyms.

The fact is, we can tinker with our foods, but our whole lifestyle is so
removed from the paleolithic that injuries, pains etc. are highly likely
to be multi-causal.  Paleo people rarely sat, didn't use computers all
that much, didn't use electric light etc. etc.  My own view is that our
diet/activity profiles have departed so far from the ideal shaped for our
bodies over the past 3m years that it's amazing we get away with as much
